- 300g cherry tomatoes, halved

- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- Pat the chicken cutlets dry, brush with 1 tbsp olive oil, then season both sides with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until charred at the edges and cooked through to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F). Transfer to a board and rest for 5 minutes, then slice across the grain.
