How to Use the Meal Planner
A weekly meal planner takes the daily "what should I eat" decision off your plate — literally. Plan breakfast through snacks for all 7 days using your favorite recipes, the Food Database, or your own custom meals, then generate a shopping list in one click.
- Pick a week using the arrows, then choose a day and a meal slot — breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack.
- Tap the + button to add a recipe, a Food Database item, or a custom meal with your own calories and macros.
- Watch each day's total calories track against your personal goal in real time.
- Tap "Generate Shopping List for This Week" to get every ingredient grouped by recipe, ready to take to the store.
